On April 23, ZKH welcomed participants from the International Training Program on Artificial Intelligence Capacity Building for Developing Countries. Delegates from Pakistan, Indonesia, Brunei, Namibia, Kenya, and other nations visited ZKH for an on-site exchange and research visit.
As a leading innovator in AI applications within the MRO industry, ZKH actively supported this initiative, contributing its expertise and practical experience to the program.
Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping the global MRO supply chain. As a digital MRO service platform, ZKH shared its independently developed AI technologies and real-world applications with the visiting delegates.
In 2025, ZKH launched the industry’s first AI large model for MRO ——“Linglong” , which was officially registered with China’s Cyberspace Administration in September of the same year. Built on billions of data points and a comprehensive industry knowledge graph accumulated over years of MRO operations, Linglong has achieved industry-leading performance in product understanding, order processing, and intelligent recommendations. Powered by this model, ZKH has developed dozens of AI agents targeting key industry pain points, covering multiple core procurement and supply chain scenarios.
Among them, the AI Material Manager, which is China’s first generative AI tool for material management, can recognize non-standard materials and enable precise “one item, one code” management. To date, it has helped manufacturing enterprises standardize over 20 million material records.
ZKH is embedding AI into everyday work across the company. With its internal AI platform, even non-technical employees can build and use AI tools, bringing intelligence into every function.
Today, ZKH operates nearly 6,000 RPA bots and over 1,400 AI workflows.
As OpenClaw gains global traction in 2026, ZKH has further expanded its capabilities with an industrial AI developer platform. Built on its proprietary product data dictionary and the Linglong model, the platform delivers Model-as-a-Service, supporting scalable development of enterprise AI agents.
During the visit, participants showed strong interest in how ZKH applies AI while ensuring data security and human oversight.
ZKH’s shared its approach: AI = Automation + Augmentation
For high-frequency, high-tolerance tasks, AI runs autonomously to improve efficiency and control costs ;For complex, low-tolerance decisions, AI supports human judgment, enhancing accuracy and expertise. This creates a practical loop where AI executes and experts validate, balancing speed with reliability.
As ZKH continues to strengthen its data foundation and proprietary models, this human-AI collaboration will keep evolving and unlocking more efficient, scalable, and trustworthy operations across the value chain.
As global collaboration in AI accelerates, ZKH is continuing to invest in product capability, fulfillment, and intelligent technologies.
Looking ahead, the company is expanding its international footprint while optimizing cost structures and customer mix. Bringing more efficient, transparent, and intelligent MRO solutions to customers worldwide, and supporting the digital transformation of manufacturing.
